DHL smashed a bottle and then repacked and delivered in a new package missing the bottle along with the untrue explanation that we had not been at home.Winedrops offered to credit it without any quibble and when I said I would much rather have the wine, they found one despite the “drop” being over.You can’t ask for more. Full credit to them.

Vino for dummies!
I love drinking good wine but I have zero idea what is good and what is not good. Can’t afford top range prices so rarely have the opportunity to try things that are older. Winedrops has been perfect. Just read easy to understand everyday lingo summary, trust their recommendation and bargain prices and my friends now think I am a wine expert! Highly recommend!
