I didn’t like the way my subscription started, without asking me a direct payment but taking directly the money like a direct debit. I decided to give another chance by buying bottles

I’m really unimpressed. I attempted to cancel my account and followed all the prompts until I received confirmation that the cancellation was completed. Despite this, I was recently charged for a full year subscription. This experience has been frustrating and feels misleading. I am currently trying to get in touch to request my refund.

Great quality wine. I’ve not had one yet that I haven’t liked. You can buy just a couple of bottles and put them in a case, When you get to 6 or 12 (you choose) they will send them out to you. A great way to budget and get a great case of wine!
